1. Definitions

“Services” refers to any hosting services provided by CLW, including game servers, dedicated servers, and related offerings.

“User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Website or Services.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on CLW’s website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you may not:

Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).

Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software contained on CLW’s website.

Remove copyright or other proprietary notices.

Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” them on another server.
This license will automatically terminate if you violate these restrictions and may be revoked by CLW at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on CLW’s website are provided “as is.” CLW makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property.
Further, CLW does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or results of using the materials on its website, or on any sites linked to it.
4. Limitations
In no event shall CLW or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the services, even if CLW or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials on CLW’s website may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. CLW does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current, and may make changes to them at any time without notice. However, CLW does not commit to updating materials regularly.
6. Refunds & Payments

All services (game servers, VPS, and dedicated servers) must be paid for in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or permanent deletion.

If you cancel a subscription, you must also cancel your PayPal subscription (if applicable), as this may not automatically cancel. CLW can refund overpayments if the cancellation script fails.

Raising a payment dispute may result in temporary suspension of services during the investigation.

CLW does not retain personal credit or debit card details directly.
Renewals:

By renewing a service (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or yearly), you agree to continue the subscription for that billing period. Renewals are non-refundable.

New orders (non-dedicated servers) include a 48-hour refund window. After this period, refunds may be denied.

Dedicated servers are non-refundable as they are treated as business-to-business transactions.

Invoices are issued 2 days before the due date. Unpaid invoices 2 days past the due date may incur a late fee of up to 10%.

CLW reserves the right to refuse renewal of services at its discretion.
Additional Terms:

Claiming a free trial waives your 48-hour refund right after the trial ends if you continue the service.

Refunds will not be issued if services are used for illegal or malicious purposes, even within the refund window.
7. Fair Use
By using our services, you agree to abide by CLW’s Fair Use Policy, which sets out guidelines and limitations on service usage.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
9. Abuse and Threats
CLW enforces a zero-tolerance policy on abuse or threats, including:

Harassment of staff or users.

Threats of violence or harm.

Discrimination based on protected characteristics.

False reporting intended to damage reputations or services.
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination, or legal action.
10. User Accounts & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining account security.

Notify CLW immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.

CLW is not liable for losses caused by user negligence in safeguarding credentials.
11. Service Availability & Maintenance
CLW strives for 24/7/365 service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice where possible. Users accept that downtime may occur.

13. Termination of Service
CLW reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a user violates these terms or engages in prohibited activity. Refunds are not guaranteed. Users may cancel services via the billing area.
14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body selected by CLW. If arbitration is not appropriate, disputes will be settled in UK courts.
15. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not engage in activities that:

Violate laws or regulations.

Infringe on third-party rights.

Disrupt or interfere with CLW services.

Involve distributing malicious software.
16. Links to Third-Party Sites
CLW’s website may contain links to third-party websites. CLW has no control over their content, policies, or practices, and is not liable for damages caused by using them. We encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies.
17. Force Majeure
CLW is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events outside its control (natural disasters, wars, emergencies, etc.).
18. Support Response Time

CLW aims to respond to support tickets within 2 hours, though it may take up to 72 hours during peak times.

Submitting repeated tickets may delay your support request. Abuse of the ticket system may result in suspension of support access.
19. Server Backups

CLW provides 2 snapshots for VPS and Virtual Dedicated Servers. Shared Game Servers include a minimum of 5 backups (excluding free tiers).

Dedicated servers are not covered by CLW backups — customers must manage their own.
-
CLW strongly recommends keeping additional off-site backups.
-
Backups are stored securely but are not directly customer-accessible.
-
CLW is not liable for data loss due to failed or unavailable backups.
